Millennium Realty Group is composed of several highly trained and experienced real estate professionals who specialize in investment property.

 

Broker:  Robert Estupinian, MBA, JD

Robert Estupinian began his real estate career in 1986 as a senior mortgage specialist and manager of a national lending company. Several years Robert Estupinian expanded his interests and began working as a Realtor® specializing in multi-residential properties. This led to further interests in and a move to financial planning, taxation, and estate planning. After finishing a comprehensive set of courses and examinations, as well as earning an MBA, Robert Estupinian was awarded the designation of a Registered Financial Consultant. Today, Robert Estupinian counsels many investment property owners in structuring and completing their 1031 tax deferred exchanges and in finding replacement property. Through experience and expertise, Robert is able to provide his clients with an assortment of options and solutions to meet their financial portfolio needs. In 1998, Mr. Estupinian was inducted into the "Who's Who of Finance and Real Estate Professionals."

 

Professional Designations:

The following is a partial list of the professional designations that Robert has obtained in the area of real estate and finance.

 

Graduate Realtor Institute. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

Certified Residential Specialists. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Registered Financial Consultant  is a professional financial planning designation that demonstrates that a financial planner has passed a comprehensive RFC examination. Each RFC must meet seven membership requirements, including: experience, education, examination, ethics, licenses, business conduct and maintain significant annual continuing education of 40 hours yearly. Over 3,700 have received this designation from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants.

 

 

Ginny Estupinian BS, MS

Ginny Estupinian has over a decade of experience working in the real estate field. She first began working in the title and escrow field with one of the nations largest title insurers. A few years later, Ginny Estupinian accepted the position at Executive Exchange Company, Inc a1031 tax deferred exchange company. Within a short time Ginny Estupinian was promoted to operations manager and finally to Executive Vice President. During her tenure at this company the amount of repeat and referral business tripled allowing the company to become a primer exchange company in the Bay Area. Today, Ginny Estupinian specializes in working with investment property owners who seek her out for her personalized customer service and extensive background.

 

 

Dennis Baras BS, MBA

Dennis Baras brings a unique ability of assisting investment property owners with both the finance and selling of investment real estate. Whether it is securing a loan, or obtaining insurance coverage for their property, Dennis Baras has the answers and the ability to put together a program that will work. Dennis Baras has over a decade of experience working with a variety of complex projects to the satisfaction of his many clients. If there is one thing that is indicative of Dennis Baras it is that he is an investment property owners best advocate.
